The Tenets describe how to live. But without the Covenant, the Tenets are just good advice, easily ignored.
The Rituals describe how to practice. But without the Covenant, the Rituals are just habits, emptied of meaning.
The Judgment evaluates how you lived. But without the Covenant, the Judgment has no authority, because you never agreed to be judged.
